Ingredients: Middled pectin E440(ii), dextrose.
For jellies, foams, glazes, jams, etc. It is recommended to use 8-16 g pectin per 1 kg mass. Dissolve pectin in a small amount of water at about 60 degrees, then add to the hot mass.
Store in dry and cool place!
